When you submit a service request we collect the information you provide: your name, company or firm name, email address, phone number, and the details needed to complete service — the recipient's name, address, description, case information, and any documents you upload.
How we use it
- To perform the service you requested
- To send you attempt updates, job confirmations, and completion notices
- To respond to your questions
- To issue invoices and process payment
- To prepare and file the affidavit of service with the court
Text messages
Serve Logic Solutions does not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Phone numbers collected are used solely to send you updates related to your service request — job confirmations, attempt status, and completion notices — and to respond to your inquiries.
Message frequency varies based on your service activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or reply HELP for assistance.
Who sees your information
Service of process is a legal function, so some information necessarily becomes part of the court record — the affidavit of service names the recipient, the address, and the date and time of service.
Beyond that, we share information only with the service providers needed to run the business: our case management system, our payment processor, and our email and messaging providers. We do not sell your information.
Documents you upload
Documents submitted for service are stored in our case management system and retained as long as required for court records and business purposes. Please do not upload anything not needed to complete service.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of SMS
- Reply HELP to any text message for assistance
- Contact us to ask what information we hold about you
- Request deletion of information not required for court records or legal retention
